Our downloads, courses, toolkits, videos, and other resources (collectively, the “Materials”) are provided for personal, educational, or internal organizational use only.

You may:

You may NOT:

Sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit the Materials.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All Materials are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Purchase of our Materials grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for the purposes stated above.
All intellectual property rights, including content design, layout, graphics, and branding, remain the sole property of InRec – Inclusive Recreation.
This license automatically terminates if you breach these Terms.

3. No Unauthorized Copying or Distribution

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

Reproduce, redistribute, or share the Materials with individuals or organizations who have not purchased them.
Use the Materials for any purpose that competes with InRec – Inclusive Recreation’s business.

4. Disclaimer

The Materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
They are not a substitute for professional therapy, diagnosis, intervention, or individualized assessment.
While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees of specific results or outcomes from using the Materials.
